 Something that almost never was, has ended up marking another milestone for Canada Beach Soccer. At the last moment, Canada Beach Soccer decided to compete in the US Beach Soccer National Championship in San Diego, CA. This marks the first time CBS has competed at a beach soccer tournament hosted in the United States and even more exciting they are walking away as CHAMPIONS! With many players still recovering from the game packed summer competitions, CBS was hesitant to go, however they managed to pull together as a team and get the job done. Furthermore, they achieved top results by winning every single game during both the round robin and knockout phase. Looking forward, we can now expect to see CBS competing in the top beach soccer tournaments in the States.
